History
B.R. Miller & Company, Inc. was founded in June of 1985 by the late Billy Rhea Miller of
Clarksville, TN. Prior to 1985, Mr. Miller was a partner for 35 years at R.K. Smith & Company in Clarksville. After Mr. Smith’s death, Billy Rhea formed B.R. Miller &Company, Inc. In 1987, Mike Boisseau, Mr. Miller’s son-in-law, joined the company. After B.R.’s passing in December 2003, Mike took over leadership of B.R. Miller & Company Inc. and is currently the president. B.R. Miller & Company, Inc. continues to be a family owned and operated business.

Our mission is to be a leader in the construction industry in the Clarksville and surrounding areas by providing superior, quality service to our clients in a timely and professional manner. We are excited to be a part of the growth and development of the Clarksville area.
